POLICYSTAT NAVIGATION
What is PolicyStat?
PolicyStat is a web-based document management tool providing on-demand access to all university-level policies.
How does it work?
PolicyStat is designed with the user in mind and offers seamless navigation. The following resources provide easy-to-follow instructions on different ways to search for policies. These tools are available to enhance your user experience, but feel free to explore the Georgia State Policy Library now by clicking on the “Search Policies” tab from the main menu.
Where are my search results?
Once in PolicyStat, after entering a policy title, area, keyword, or reference tag in the search box, you will need to scroll down to view search results. An additional note is that if searching by area, you will see two (2) columns; column 1 displays a list of all available policy areas and column 2 is for your customized/filtered selection. To add a policy area in the selection box, double click from the list of available policy areas on the left and they will populate in the box to the right. You can choose one or multiple policy areas. Once you’ve made your selection(s), click the “search policies” button underneath the columns and scroll down to view all search results.
If you encounter any complications using the system or have additional questions, please reach out to our Policy Administrator for assistance.
Additional resources for unit administrators, editors, and collaborators can be found in the PolicyStat Learning Center.
